Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at yourfreedomjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging
• Gift cards
